Our Purpose: This program is
for every woman, every shape and every age. We want you to rediscover
and appreciate your body in a contemporary way. Exercises incorporated
with exotic dance movements bring us back to our feminine roots and
natural movements. You will get a full body workout. The problem is, it
is so relaxing and so much fun, you will not realize it until you leave
Xpose. You will be amazed how the Xpose workout will whisk away your
stress and leave you with a sexy and empowered feeling afterwards.
Our Clientele: Our clientele
consists of the everyday woman. Leave your age, size and any other
inhibitions at the door. We have a customer base ranging from 18 80
years of age and every shape and size. Xpose Fitness regards our
clients comfort level as our top priority. So, whether you want to lose
weight, tone-up, or if you are simply bored with your current workout
routine, the Xpose Fitness Program is the right one for you.
Our Classes: Each class uses isometric exercises to sculpt and
strengthen every major muscle group in the body. We also use a series of
stretching techniques which enhance flexibility and produce long, lean,
feminine muscles. Although these classes are not based on aerobic
activity, you will definitely attain cardiovascular results. New moves
are incorporated each week. You can start classes at anytime and you
will not feel left out or behind.
We offer 2 different types of classes here at Xpose. Both incorporate
new music and new routines every week to keep your workout fresh and
fun!
Floor/Chair Class: This class is suitable for all fitness levels
and is a total body workout. Our instructors are Xpose Fitness certified
and will assist with modifications of different exercises if necessary.
The chair in this class is used as a tool to do certain exercises, as
well as a prop to incorporate the exotic dance movements.
Pole Class: The pole class is slightly more challenging, but
still suitable for all. The Xpose Fitness instructors break down each
move into elementary steps to make it easy to follow. This is the best
exercise to tone and strengthen your body, as well as build confidence.
There are 3 different levels for the pole class:
Beginner Pole:
Strengthening, walking & transitional moves (no spins)
Level 1 Pole:
Transitional moves & basic spins
Level 2
Pole: Incorporates more elaborate spins & advanced pole tricks
A reservation will be needed to attend pole class to ensure enough poles
for each of our students.
Reservations are only taken 24 hours in advance.

In addition to the above classes,
Xpose Fitness also offers a FREE introductory class every Saturday at
12:00 Noon! This class is only free for new clients. It is NOT necessary
to take this class before you start the Xpose Fitness Program. We offer
this class to allow people who may be intimidated by the exotic dance
theme to try it out and see how exciting it really is. Regular
gym/workout attire is appropriate. One free class per person.
Our Pricing: At Xpose, we do not believe in commitment. Women lead busy
lives and should not have to pay for time away from the gym. We do not
charge membership fees, monthly dues, or initiation fees. You only pay
for the time you want to come. The price per class does get less
expensive the more classes you buy in bulk.
