Meet the Staff

Rachal has been dancing since she was three years old. She has trained at notable ballet schools throughout the US and abroad. She attended North Carolina School of the Arts for both highschool and college and went on to dance with the Hungarian National Ballet. In 2007 Rachal discovered Xpose which renewed her passion for dance, she brings this same passion to her teaching.

Mollie has had formal dance training in ballet and dabbles in Latin dance. She also enjoys popular dance and loves to check out the clubs in Baltimore and DC. Mollie has been an aerobics and kickboxing instructor and trains in mixed martial arts. In 2007, she was bored with her workout program and happened to come across a segment featuring Xpose on television. Twenty minutes later she was on her way to Arundel Mills and her exercise regime has never been the same! Now when someone says cross-training, she thinks of floor/chair class followed by a pole class. Her goal is to help every woman Xpose her inner Diva by creating fun, sexy, and empowering classes that offer a great workout for all fitness and experience levels. When Mollie is not at Xpose she is in her studio creating jewelry or teaching jewelry making and beading classes.

Donna started taking classes at the Arundel Mills Xpose back in 2006 looking for a fun way to get into shape that didn’t involve a wasted membership at a traditional gym. The pole dancing obsession was born on the very first day. Donna wants to make sure that all the girls leave her class having had a great workout and a newfound confidence that spills over into their everyday life. She is also an Administrative Assistant and Real Estate Agent but eventually wants to open her own Xpose.

Christina started taking Xpose classes in February 2008 at the Arundel Mills location. Her first experience in the class she knew she wanted to be an instructor for Xpose. She quickly became addicted to the unique workouts and became a regular customer appearing 3 times a week and taking 2 classes a day. With her vast experience in gymnastics, cheerleading and poms dance team she picked up the fitness techniques very quickly. Christina is an All American Cheerleader through the National Cheerleading Association which allowed her to perform in the Hula Bowl and Macy's Parade, as well as her dance team winning 2nd place in the National Poms Competition. Christina’s goal is to help all the sexy ladies have a challenging but fun work out, leaving her class feeling confident, toned, and fabulous!

Sarka fell in love with pole dancing two years ago in New York City when she realized that pole dancing was a great way to combine her two favorite things - exercise and sexiness! After performing in several shows and dancing on every pole studio from here to NY, Sarka decided she wanted to share her love of dance with others. In January she moved from NYC to Washington, D.C. and that is when she found Xpose. She loved how sexy and fun the instructors made each workout, and how each routine incorporated more than just tricks. Her goal as an instructor is to give women a workout that leaves them feeling strong and sexy at any age!

Jamie graduated from Towson University in 2008 with a degree in Education. She began taking classes at Xpose in February of 2008. She fell in love with the friendly atmosphere and the intense workout. She likes to incorporate a full body workout focusing on strength training and flexibility. She wants everyone to feel energized and sexy when leaving her classes. Work-It Girl!
