You must be 18+ to participate in the Xpose Fitness Program.
No Exceptions.

Classes are first come – first served.
Classes are all 50 minutes in length. Please arrive early to check in.
Classes and Instructors are scheduled according to the demand of our clients and subject to change.

**Introductory Class is FREE to all new clients
every Saturday at 12 Noon

Pole Reservation Policy
Reservations are only taken the day of or day before the desired class and ONLY if you have a Class Card.
If you do not have a class card, poles are first come, first served.
If you neglect to cancel two hours prior to class, a class will still be deducted from your card.
Pole class starts promptly. If you are not here at the start of your reserved class, your pole will be forfeited to the next person on the list.

***Pole Practice Time is charged at $9.00 per hour.
Class Cards may NOT be accepted as a form of payment.
Stop in and out as you please.
Pole Dancing at your own risk! There is no instructor present.

Meet the Staff

Rachal has been dancing since she was three years old. She has trained at notable ballet schools throughout the US and abroad. She attended North Carolina School of the Arts for both highschool and college and went on to dance with the Hungarian National Ballet. In 2007 Rachal discovered Xpose which renewed her passion for dance, she brings this same passion to her teaching.

Cristina R. has been dancing since the age of two and was trained in tap, jazz, ballet, and gymnastics. In February 2009 her cousin told her about Xpose Fitness and after her first class she was hooked. She loves Xpose becuase she was bored and unmotivated when going to the gym. Xpose was able to get her back in touch with her dancing roots while toning up and feeling sexy and confident. One of Cristina's biggest achievements was competing in Miss Xpose Fitness 2010. Cristina wants you to leave her classes feeling confident, sexy, and toned.

Donna started taking classes at the Arundel Mills Xpose back in 2006 looking for a fun way to get into shape that didn’t involve a wasted membership at a traditional gym. The pole dancing obsession was born on the very first day. Donna wants to make sure that all the girls leave her class having had a great workout and a newfound confidence that spills over into their everyday life. She is also an Administrative Assistant and Real Estate Agent but eventually wants to open her own Xpose.

Jamie A. began dancing at an early age and discovered Xpose Fitness in the winter of 2009 when coming to class with her best friend and afterwards she was hooked! Jamie competed in Miss Xpose Fitness 2010 and soon afterwards became part of the Xpose family as an instructor. jamie brings bounds of energy and encouragement to all women who enter her classes.

Jamie S. graduated from Towson University in 2008 with a degree in Education. She began taking classes at Xpose in February of 2008. She fell in love with the friendly atmosphere and the intense workout. She likes to incorporate a full body workout focusing on strength training and flexibility. She wants everyone to feel energized and sexy when leaving her classes. Work-It Girl!

Ashley walked into Xpose just after giving birth to her daughter 2 years ago; she was looking for ways to get back into shape. After leaving her first class she felt sexy and confident again! Now a year and a half later she's stoked to join the Xpose family as an instructor. Her goal is to make women of any shape or size leave her class feeling sexy, confident, and especially empowered!

Kristina S. studied ballet at the Royal Ballet Academy and danced professionally with the Wilmington Ballet Company for 25 years; she has also danced with the Dance Theater of Harlem and the Alvin Alley Dance Company. She was on the UMBC's dance team for 4 years and received a degree in Dance Technology. In addition Kristina was also on the Washington Wizards Dance Team and the Redskinettes Dance Team. Kristina's passion for dance brought her to Xpose in 2007 and in the spring of 2009 she became an Instructor because she wants to share her passion for dance with all women.
