Classes are first come – first served.
Classes and Instructors are scheduled according to the demand of our clients and subject to change.

**Introductory Class is FREE to all new clients
every Saturday at 12 Noon

Pole Reservation Policy
Reservations are only taken the day of or day before the desired class and ONLY if you have a Class Card.
If you do not have a class card, poles are first come, first served.
If you neglect to cancel two hours prior to class, a class will still be deducted from your card.
Pole class starts promptly. If you are not here at the start of your reserved class, your pole will be forfeited to the next person on the list.

***Pole Practice Time is charged at $9.00 per hour.
Class Cards may NOT be accepted as a form of payment.
Stop in and out as you please.
Pole Dancing at your own risk! There is no instructor present.

Meet our Instructors

 

Without any prior dance experience, Vanessa never imagined she would become a dancer, let alone an Xpose Fitness Instructor! She was hooked after her very first class in 2007, loving how fun and fitness could be combined in a sensual workout that toned her body and took her confidence to "new heights." After competing in the very first Miss Xpose Fitness Competition in 2008, she knew she wanted to share her passion with as many women as possible and help Xpose change lives. Vanessa's classes are fun and energetic and will tone your muscles, increase flexibility, and maximize confidence! She truly believes there's "no place like Xpose" and is honored to be part of an amazing group of beautiful, strong women; inside and out. Vanessa is also the Director of Operations for Xpose Fitness and keeps us running smoothly "behind the scenes" too!

Leah’s love of dance and aerobic exercise brought her to Xpose as a student in July of 2007, and her pole dancing obsession was born! With a childhood full of dance classes and a career as a professional makeup artist and esthetician, she has cultivated a driven personality, a strong eye for detail, and a fun loving spirit. Leah wants the ladies that leave her classes to feel confident, sexy and fearless!

Christal has always loved dance but was never really comfortable showing off her skills until joining Xpose Fitness as a client. She spent most of her life overweight until she decided to make a change in 2007. Since then she has lost 125 pounds, through healthy lifestyle changes and dance. In 2009 she was certified by AAAI/ISMA in Personal Training, Weight Management, and Kids and Teens Fitness. In 2010 she rejoined the ranks as a college student and has begun seeking her degree in Exercise Physiology with an empahsis in dance. More recently she was certified in Primary Aerobics and STRIDE (Hip Hop). You are sure to break a serious sweat in Christal's classes!

Lindsey has been dancing since she was five years old and has been a fitness instructor for the past four years. She has studied ballet, Pointe, modern, and exotic dance. Before joining the Xpose family in January 2006 she was an aerobics instructor for three years. Lindsey uses her dance background in her classes at Xpose, and offers clients a challenging yet fun way to become toned and fit. Lindsey graduated with honors from Villa Julie College in 2005 and is actively pursuing her Law Degree.

Alison has been dancing since age 8, and dancing and performing remained a big part of her life through architecture school. She started taking class at Xpose the week the Arundel Mills location opened, and it renewed her love for dance. Xpose provided her favorite form of exercise in a way that's fun, expressive and challenging but not overly technical. As an instructor, Alison specializes in bringing out the "fearless" in women of all body types and ages. It inspires Alison to introduce new divas to our classes. She makes it a priority that everyone walks out of class with new skills- from novices conquering new moves to divas with dance backgrounds improving their performance. Alison's divas surprise themselves with their own strength, and they walk out of class with a new sexy confidence.

Vanecia started at Xpose in 2009 with a spirit of fun and adventure and absolutely no prior dance training.  After just one class she was hooked which was apparent in her reduction from a size 10 to a size 0.  Vanecia’s goal is to have the women in her classes feel empowered, strong, and sexy.  Her motto is “you didn’t really work if you don’t feel it the next day”.  Come take one of her classes and you will work, but you will have fun too.  She absolutely believes that every woman is capable of reaching their goal(s) whether it is in or outside of Xpose.  When Vanecia is not at Xpose, she is deep in her books pursuing her Ph.D. in Business Information Systems.

Nancy started taking classes at Xpose in 2007. Shortly thereafter she began picking up desk shifts and quickly worked her way up to Instructor. She has a spunky and fun attitude that make her classes less like work and more like play. she is also a makeup artist and homemaker who believes there is nothing better for the soul than getting down and dirty and sweaty with the ladies of Xpose!

Kristy has 13 years of formal dance training in ballet, lyrical, tap and jazz. Her goal is to help women feel healthy, strong, and beautiful in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. She teaches fun, sexy movements that allow women them to embrace their sexuality as they tone their body. She works to break down movements in her class so that everyone can be challenged at their own level. Kristy has a passion for working with people and has both her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Social Work.
