Sexy Secret: How to get Sexy Summer Skin...
 
makeupIs your skin ready for fun in the sun? Here's our guide on how to get silky, perfectly bronzed skin all summer long:
 
Step 1: Exfoliation is the key to glowing skin year-round.  Pay special attention to particularly dry areas like elbows, knees and feet. Just completing this step will make your skin look much more radiant than before, guaranteed!

Step 2: Moisturize! This is the key to fighting off dry, dull-looking skin. It'll also helps to retain pigment longer and more evenly, which is vital if you plan on using a self-tanner.
 
Step 3: If you are going to tan this summer, self-tanner is one of your best bets for glowy, bronzed skin.  This will give you that natural sun-kissed look and protect your skin from aging faster.

Step 4: Sunscreen should be part of your daily ritual, but it's a must-have if you're going to spend hours in the sun. Before you hit the beach, slather on sunscreen 30 minutes prior to protect your skin from harmful rays. Then, re-apply every two hours or after a dip in the water (even if it says waterproof!).
 
Step 5: Skip the makeup. If you really can't go without it, apply a coat of waterproof mascara.  Swipe on some tinted lip balm with SPF 15.
 
Step 6: Soothe overly warm skin after long days in the summer heat by using a body mist to hydrate and purify the skin.

Great Grillin' Summer Recipe
 
Salmon PineappleGrilled Salmon with Pineapple Salsa
 
2 cups pineapple
1/2 cup Mexican beer 
1 Tblspn sugar
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1/4 cup finely chopped red pepper
2 Tblspn chopped fresh cilantro
1 Tblspn lime juice
1 tsp salt, divided
4 salmon filets (6-8 oz each)
1 tblspn olive oil
1/4 tsp black pepper
 
1.  Combine pineapple, beer and sugar in a bowl and refrigerate 1 hour.  Drain off and discard all but 2 tablespoons of liquid.  Add onion, bell pepper, cilantro, lime juice and 1/2 teaspoon salt to pineapple mixture; refrigerate at least 1 more hour or overnight.
 
2.  Prepare grill for medium-high direct cooking.  Rub salmon filets with oil and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper.  Lightly oil grill grate and set salmon directly over heat source.  Grill 5-6 minutes per side or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.  Transfer salmon to serving plates and top each with 1/2 cup pineapple salsa; serve immediately.
