Classes and Instructors are scheduled according to the demand of our clients and subject to change.

Intro class is free to all new clients
every Saturday at Noon

Pole Reservation Policy

  • Reservations are only taken the day of or day before the desired class and ONLY if you have a class card.
  • If you do not have a class card, poles are first come, first served.
  • If you neglect to cancel two hours prior to class, a class will still be deducted from your card.
  • Pole class starts promptly. If you are not here at the start of your reserved class, your pole will be forfeited to the next person on the list.

 

Pole Practice Time is charged at $9.00 per hour.
Stop in and out as you please.
Pole Dancing at your own risk

Meet the Owings Mills Staff

In 2000 after working as a certified personal trainer for nearly 3 years, Aviva earned her Bachelor of Science degree in fitness from Towson University. In 2006 with much experience in the club industry, Aviva walked through the Xpose Towson doors for her first class. That day she knew she had to become part of the Xpose team. Aviva has been with us from our grand opening and taught our very first class. Aviva has come a long way since that first class and has taken over the reigns as head instructor. Aviva can teach you anything you want to learn from a basic sexy hip swivel to the most complex pole trick. Aviva's goal is to help women empower themselves through movement and realize that sexy is about attitude.

Antoinette’s extensive background includes ballet, tap, jazz, modern, and pointe. She has been trained in exotic dance but believes sensuality comes from the inside. She is a graduate of the Baltimore School of Massage and is currently working towards a double major in pre-law and business administration. Antoinette’s motto is "You’re not working out unless you feel it."

Ashley is a fun and energetic instructor with a passion for encouraging women to indulge in their sexy side. Her policy regarding Xpose Fitness is to keep it sexy, sassy, and fun, “But don’t stop until you make them sweat!” Ashley practices yoga regularly and is currently working towards a degree in physical therapy. In her spare time she enjoys reading, outdoor walks, and socializing with friends.

A born Diva, Jynnifer has been dancing for over 20 years. She is trained in Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, African, and Hip-Hop. She has taught Hip-Hop, Jazz and Aerobics for several years. She currently holds a Masters in Public Health and soon plans to pursue her PhD. Her classes encourage women to explore their inner diva while enjoying a fun work out.

In May 2007 Melissa decided to take classes at Xpose Fitness. She wanted to spice up her daily workout routine with something different. Melissa admits that she fell in love with it immediately. Everyone was fun, exciting and she worked out different muscles in her body she thought she never had. In Feb. 2008, Melissa had the pleasure of becoming one of our instructors. She says that it is one of the best thing that has ever happened in her life. Melissa's believes that no matter your age or size everyone is SEXY!

Andrea first heard about Xpose fitness from her local gym and knew from that moment, it was something she was looking for.  From the first time she stepped into the Xpose studio, she was hooked.  Fitness has always been a big part of her life and just after a few months of going to pole and floor/chair, she noticed a positive change in her body.  Looking toned and feeling sexy are what every woman, at every age, needs to experience.  Working for a cardiologist for several years, she knows how important fitness is for a healthy life.  Seeing a smile on a woman’s face and knowing what she’s accomplished, is what gives her energy for each class she teaches.  Be a diva and feel sexy at any age!

Janelle started dancing at the very young age of four years old. She has been trained in the Fine Art of Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Lyrical, and Hip Hop. Janelle is no stranger at all to being an Instructor. She has been teaching since the age of fourteen and loves every single minute of it. Not only would Janelle like to personally thank Jodi for her great timing! But she also has hopes and aspirations of one day owning her own XPOSE! Janelle’s motto “Rub it, Love it, and Smack it!”
