What is on the DVD?
The 1 hour Xpose Fitness Pole DVD is structured the same as a studio class. The workout consists of a warm-up, transitional moves, spins and holds with a routine and cool down at the end. There is also a glossary of moves in the DVD menu that can be accessed if you would like more advanced and specific instructions on perfecting the more difficult movements throughout the DVD. It will turn you into a pro in no time!

Does the Xpose Pole come with instructions?
Absolutely! The Xpose Pole is so easy to put together and install there is a one page diagramed instruction sheet to follow for your first installation.

Will it damage my floor?
The Xpose pole can be used on virtually any flooring surface without damage. Vinyl, hard wood, ceramic tile and carpet are all appropriate with the non-slip Xpose Pole base. Because of the "floating" nature of the material, the Xpose Pole may not be appropriate for laminate "Pergo" type flooring. You may wish to contact the manufacturer of the laminate flooring and ask about weight restrictions before installing the Xpose Pole on this surface.

How long does installation take?
The first time you assemble your Xpose Pole it may take about 5 minutes. The only tool necessary that is not included is a stud finder. Every time thereafter, installation should take less than one minute!

Only a stud finder!

What is a stud finder?
A stud finder is an electronic device that locates solid objects such as joists, beams etc. It senses changes in density of the material it is measuring and either 'beeps' or lights an LED. This tool can be found at any hardware store for little money.

What are joists?
Joists are the pieces of wood or metal that support the floors in a building. The ceiling is also normally attached to them. X-Pole uses pressure to stabilize itself so it needs to be positioned against a ceiling joist using the stud finder.

How strong is the Xpose Pole?
The Xpose Pole has a weight restriction of a person up to 200lbs when properly installed.

Why Brass?
Ask any pole dancer and they will tell you that nothing beats a Brass Pole! Real Brass will give you the proper gription necessary to achieve the most elaborate pole tricks, lifts and holds. Other materials such as stainless steel, chrome or painted poles will leave you sliding off in no time! The Xpose Pole only comes in Brass and is the least expensive Brass Pole on the market!

Does the pole need cleaning?

Yes, because the Xpose Pole is made from real high quality Brass, you will want to make sure that it is wiped down after each use with regular window cleaner. If the pole is used regularly and wiped down as instructed above, there should be no need to ever polish your pole. However, if the pole goes unused, tarnish may develop which any basic Brass Polish can get rid of in a flash.

What about lotions and oils?

NEVER use body lotions or oils prior to using your Xpose Pole unless you want to slide right off!
