Class Types

Sexy Classes

This class combines yoga and Pilates moves with exotic dancing at a slow, relaxed pace. You will increase your overall flexibility while promoting proper form, releasing stress and tension, and relieving sore muscles.

What you'll need: Yoga mat, bare feet, or socks, and water.

Sexy Stretch

This class utilizes Floor/Chair moves in a dance based class.  You will learn a routine in segments and work on the flow between moves.

What you'll need: Yoga mat, approved heels welcome (no stilettos) or bare feet, knee pads, and water.

Flow & Floorwork

This class is designed to help you to help you embrace your inner sexy! This class will feature a new instructor each month.  This is class is a $10 drop in.

What you'll need: Approved heels encouraged (but not required- no stilettos), yoga mat, and water. Knee pads may be recommended for certain months.

Pole Classes

Pole classes are separated into 5 levels to accommodate all fitness levels.  Pole work will strengthen and tone your body with isometric exercises that utilize the pole and your body weight as resistance. 

A beginner pole class appropriate for all fitness levels. In this class you will always keep at least one foot on the floor. You will learn basic transitional and strengthening moves.

Pole 1

In this class you will begin basic inverts and work towards aerial inverts.  You will learn more advanced holds, mounts, and combinations from your climbs.

What you'll need: Approved heels welcome (no stilettos) or bare feet, and water. Above the knee shorts. Please refrain from using body lotions or oils 12 hours prior.

Pole 4

This is the first pole class where you will take both feet off of the floor. You will learn basic spins with both hands on the pole, and basic holds from the ground.

Pole 2

 This is our most difficult level and requires a good amount of prior strength training from previous pole classes.  You will learn advanced holds using minimal points of contact to the pole.

What you'll need: Approved heels welcome (no stilettos) or bare feet, and water. Above the knee shorts recommended.  Please refrain from using body lotions or oils 12 hours prior.

Pole 5

In this class you will begin basic climbing and mounts. You will also learn one-handed spins, advanced transitions and combinations, advanced floor work, and basic upright aerial holds.

What you'll need: Approved heels welcome (no stilettos) or bare feet, and water. Above the knee shorts recommended. Please refrain from using body lotions or oils 12 hours prior

Pole 3

This is an all level pole class that focuses on your individual goals.  There is no routine in this class.  All levels welcome, but this class cannot be your first pole class.

What you'll need: Above the knee shorts, water, ideas of moves to work on. Please refrain from using body lotions or oils 12 hours prior.

Floor/Chair

 

This class combines yoga and pilates moves with exotic Floor/Chair dancing to strengthen and tone every major muscle group.

What you'll need: Yoga mat, approved heels welcome (no stilettos) or bare feet, and water.

Floor/Chair

This class is free to new clients only.  This is a version of our Floor/Chair classes with a pole demonstration by the instructor.

What you'll need: A yoga mat, bare feet or socks, water

Free Intro

This class will teach the basics of booty work. Come learn how to pop it, shake it, twerk it!

What you’ll need: Bare feet or sneakers and knee pads recommended.

Booty Basics

Work-Out

 

Pole meets HIIT (high-intensity interval training)!  This class utilizes the pole for strength and cardiovascular training specific to pole fitness.

What you’ll need: Sneakers and above the knee shorts recommended

Pole Fit

Rock Out, Work Out!  Pound combines cardio training with basic drumming to give you a fun, upbeat, and easy to follow full-bodied work out! We provide the drumsticks.

What you’ll need: Yoga mat, sneakers recommended

POUND

Strengthen and tone those muscles in a full body workout using the pole for resistance and stability.  This class provides a full body workout using core control and small isometric movements. 

What you'll need: Sneakers and above the knee shorts recommended
