Classes
All our regular classes are offered on a drop-in basis. That means you can come to the classes that fit your schedule and your goals, without having to make a weekly or monthly commitment.
The online booking window for each class begins 24 hours before the start time of the class, and closes 60 minutes before class.

Who said beginners can’t be sexy too?!!
FTN is for all the beginner pole divas (and upper level babes) looking to refine their fundamentals.
Whether it’s your first time or your 100th time touching a pole, FTN invites you to strengthen and deepen your pole fundamentals through intentional movement & technique.
Static Pole
Xpose Fitness offers 5 levels of Static Pole, starting with basic moves and transitions, working all the way up to advanced tricks. Each class ends with a routine built from the moves learned during the session.
Split level classes (indicated by a slash, like 1/2 or 2/3) are based on the moves of the lower level class, with some elements of the higher level mixed in.

Pole 1 — Foundations
Beginner
This beginner level pole class focuses on basic transitions and strength building moves, with emphasis on confidence in movement.

Pole 2 — Static Spins
Beginner
Learn basic spins with both hands on the pole, and basic holds from the ground. This class focuses on learning moves in combinations and building strength and stamina.

Pole 3 — Climbs & Holds
Intermediate
This intermediate level class introduces more difficult moves and holds. You’ll work on advanced floor work, and basic upright aerial holds.
Prior pole experience is expected.

Pole 4 — Basic Inversions
Advanced
In this class you will learn more advanced holds, mounts, and aerial combinations. You will learn basic inverts, and begin working toward aerial inverts.
Prior pole experience is a must!

Pole 5 — Advanced Pole
Advanced
“Anything goes!” Learn advanced holds with minimal points of contact to the pole.
Prior pole experience is a must!
Spin Pole
On Spin Mode, the pole itself spins!
It is recommended that you have some experience with Static Pole before trying Spin Pole as it helps to have familiarity with basic mounts and holds.

Beginner Spin
Intermediate
In this introduction to Spin Pole you will learn how to control the speed of the pole, basic spinning climbs, and upright holds.
It is strongly recommended that you have a solid background in Static Pole, including climbing and basic pole mounts, before trying Spin Pole classes.

Intermediate Spin
Intermediate
This class focuses on more complicated climbs and holds, and basic inversions in Spin mode.
It is recommended that you are confident with climbing, basic pole mounts, and simple inversions on Static Pole.

The Art of Spin
Intermediate
This class focuses on the transition movements “in between” for seamless sequencing.
Developing strength and endurance through spin drills and breathing techniques, this class will take your Spin Pole game to the next level.

Advanced Spin
Advanced
Learn advanced entries to holds, and combinations using minimal points of contact on Spin Mode. We recommend you feel comfortable with Intermediate Spin before trying Advanced.
You must be confident with aerial inversions and advanced moves on Static Pole before attending this class.
Floor
At Xpose Fitness we don't just have pole classes, we offer a variety of sexy floor-based classes as well! These classes are a great way to cross-train for your pole classes and develop your dance skills.

Great for all levels!
A full body workout based on moves inspired by burlesque and exotic dance, Floor/Chair is designed to increase strength and skill in a fun, approachable format.

Sexy Stretch
Great for all levels!
Influenced by yoga and Pilates, this class is designed to increase overall flexibility while promoting proper form, releasing stress and tension, and relieving sore muscles.

Booty Basics
Great for all levels!
Come learn how to pop it, shake it, twerk it, work it! This cardio heavy class covers the basics of booty work and twerking, ending with a routine.
Conditioning
Cross train to meet your goals even faster! Our Pole Conditioning classes are designed to build your strength so you can do even more in your regular classes.

Pole Conditioning
Great for all levels!
A full body workout using the pole for resistance and stability. Exercises focus on strength training that supplements and supports regular pole classes.

Pole Fit
Great for all levels!
Pole meets HIIT (high-intensity interval training). In this class you will utilize the pole for strength and cardiovascular training specific to pole fitness.
Choreography
Put your skill set to work! We’ll take the moves taught in the regular Pole and Floor/Chair classes and apply it to choreography, focusing on fluidity and musicality.

Flow & Floorwork
Great for all levels!
In this choreography based class you will learn a sensual floor routine incorporating low-flow floor work and advanced floor tricks. You'll focus on musicality, and expressing yourself through movement.

Pole & Chair
Great for all levels!
Here we combine moves from Floor/Chair and Beginner Pole (Level 1 and 2) to create a fun, unique routine! This class will include warm up and cool down, and routine performance time. There will be an emphasis on strength building and fluidity.

Pole Flow
Beginner (Pole 2)
This class offers pole choreography based on exotic low-flow style movements and dance flow, with a focus on technique and smooth transitions. The focus of this class is teaching how to flow between moves rather than teaching the individual moves themselves.

Slow Flow
Beginner (Pole 2)
In this class you will expand your flow vocabulary and learn new pathways through various sequences.
The mood is sexy, the music is slow, you have time to make the movements intentional.
