Studio Policies

New Clients
All clients wishing to take part in classes at Xpose Fitness must be 18 years of age or older.
New Clients, as well as returning clients who have not visited the studio in the past year, must present a valid photo ID and fill out a waiver with accurate information.
The studio will recognize all information on the photo ID as valid. This includes but is not limited to: legal name, age, sex, and street address. No new client may enter the studio without adhering to this policy. No exceptions.
Classes at Xpose Fitness are women only, unless otherwise specified.
Monday and Wednesday evening classes are open to clients of all genders.
Studio management reserves the right to deny access to classes.
Clothing & Shoes
All clothing must completely cover all intimate areas.
All shoes worn must have a full ankle strap. Dance shoes such as Pleaser, ballroom shoes, or other dance heels are acceptable. Any street shoe worn is subject to inspection and approval by staff.
Please be considerate of members and staff and remember your personal hygiene. Please remember to put on deodorant / antiperspirant before taking class.
Absolutely NO METAL JEWELRY is permitted to be worn in pole classes. This includes watches and fitness trackers with metal parts. This is for the safety of the divas as well as the equipment. No exceptions will be made.
Glass containers are not permitted at Xpose Fitness for safety reasons.
Returns & Exchanges
Class cards, events, and private party fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Merchandise sales are final due to the nature of workout clothes and maintaining proper sanitation.
Single class purchases ($10 Friday, $28 Drop-In) are non-refundable.
Class Cards
Class cards can only be used by the account holder and are non-transferable and non-refundable.
The State of Maryland requires that clients sign a registration form stating that classes expire within 3 months of the date of purchase. Xpose may extend these classes as a courtesy for up to 1 year. Intro Offer classes expire in 14 days from date of first use.
Auto Renew Membership
Auto-Renewal memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. No Exceptions. They cannot be shared and can only be used by the person who purchased them.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing at least 7 days before the next billing date by emailing info@xposefitness.com.
Class Reservations
Reservations are required for all classes. Registration opens 24 hours before class and can be made online or through the WellnessLiving app. We do not accept voicemail or email reservations.
Registration for class closes 60 minutes prior to the class start time.
We do not accept group reservations for any classes on our regular schedule. All clients attending classes must register and sign up for class with their own account.
Class starts promptly. Reserved space will be forfeited to the first person on the wait list if you are not here by the start of class. If you are running late, please call the studio to ensure your space in class will not be forfeited. However, if you will be more than 5 minutes late your spot will be given to the first client on the waiting list.
For safety reasons, no one will be allowed to enter class more than 10 minutes after the class has started.
Class Cancellation
You may cancel your classes up to 12 hours before the start of class with no penalty.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the start of class will result in a late cancel charge of $10 (for Intro Offer, 30 Day Pass, and 3 Month Auto Renew passes) or the loss of your class (Single Classes, $10 Friday, 4/8/12 Class Cards).
If you are ill or have an emergency and cannot come to class, please call the studio and leave a message. Failure to call will result in loss of class or $10 late cancellation charge. YOU MUST LEAVE A MESSAGE OR SPEAK WITH A MEMBER OF STAFF FOR THE CANCELLATION PENALTY TO BE WAIVED
All cancellations made 2 hours or less before class will result in a late cancellation charge, no exceptions. (Automatic loss of class or $10 late cancel/no-show charge)
Pole Play
Pole Play is designed as a guided practice session. Prior pole experience is required for Pole Play so that you have something to work on. You should attend at least one leveled pole class before attending a Pole Play class.
Lost & Found
Xpose keeps lost & found items for two weeks. If you leave something behind after class you can go to the Front Desk with a description of your items and they will retrieve it from the lost & found.
Xpose is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Studio Closures
Inclement Weather
The safety of our clients and staff is a priority. We will generally follow the same decisions as local school districts. Closures and delayed openings will be announced on our social media pages – Facebook and Instagram . Please call us or view our online schedule to confirm.
Studio functions:
We will announce any planned closings in our monthly newsletter, on our Facebook/Instagram pages, and classes. These closings will also show on our online schedules.
Private Party Policies

Party Fees
A $250 Site Fee is required to hold your date. The per person fee for up to 5 attendees is included in the $250 site fee.
The Site Fee is non-transferable and non-refundable. If you need to change the date or time of your party, a $50 rebooking fee will be charged. Any changes to the date or time of your party must be made by emailing info@xposefitness.com. Requests must be made more than 48 hours in advance.
Beyond the five guests covered by the site fee, each additional attendee will pay a $35 per person charge. Every additional person wishing to attend the party MUST pay the party fee, regardless of participation.
The maximum number of guests for the Xpose Fitness studio is twenty five (25).
Cancellation
We make every attept to work with you however cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of the site fee. No exceptions.
Availability
Our regularly scheduled party slots are:
Saturdays: 4:30 pm, 6:30 pm, and 8:30 pm
Sundays: 1:30 pm, 3:30 pm, and 5:30 pm
The latest we can book Private Parties is the Wednesday before the weekend, depending on staff availability. We can take Private Party reservations up to six (6) months in advance.
BYOB Alcohol
Alcohol is only permitted at parties if all participants will be at least 21 years old on the day of the party. All parties are BYOB, alcohol can not and will not be provided by Xpose Fitness.
Anyone visibly intoxicated will not be permitted to stay at the Xpose Fitness studios before or during the party.
Xpose Fitness reserves the right to cancel your party for any reason, at any time, if we feel that it is unsafe for any participant or staff.
Open containers are not allowed:

Outside of the studio for legal and liability reasons.
-
In the studio class areas during the instruction portions of the party.
All beverages other than water must remain in the lounge area for the duration of the party.
Age Restrictions
Everyone attending the party must be at least 18 years of age or older on the date of the party. No Exceptions.
If alcohol is present at the party all participants MUST be 21 or older on the day of the party.
All participants MUST present a valid ID for inspection when checking in for the party. Any participant found or suspected of not being 21 when alcohol is present will not be allowed to stay.
Start Times & Setup
Parties start promptly at their scheduled start time. The party organizer and two (2) helpers may set up for their party 15 minutes before the scheduled start of the party.
Due to scheduling we cannot start parties early or extend parties past their scheduled time frame for any reason.
Clean Up
At the conclusion of the party, guests will have 15 minutes to gather things up, change clothing, and leave due to time constraints to set up for the next party.
Decorations and other party material are welcome. However, please do not bring feather boas, confetti, loose glitter, or any other objects that will likely leave behind small or otherwise hard to clean up debris. If your party is found to have violated this rule, or has done anything to require cleaning past the ordinary scope, the party organizer's credit card on file will be changed an additional cleaning fee commensurate with the mess.
