New Client Policy
All clients wishing to take part in classes at Xpose Fitness must be 18 years of age or older.
New Clients, as well as returning clients who have not visited the studio in the past year, must present a valid photo ID and fill out a waiver with accurate information. The studio will recognize all information on the photo ID as valid. This includes but is not limited to: legal name, age, and street address. Out of state college students may present a valid student ID or other proof of college address in addition to their photo ID if their address does not match their photo ID. No new client may enter the studio without adhering to this policy. No exceptions.
Xpose Fitness welcomes all women to take class at our studio and does not discriminate based on gender identity. Classes are women only, unless otherwise specified. Studio management reserves the right to deny access to classes.
Clothing and Shoes
All clothing must completely cover all intimate areas (ie- at least a sports bra and full coverage shorts).
All heels worn must have a chunky heel (the bottom must be the size of a quarter) and have a full ankle strap or support. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Please be considerate of members and staff and remember your personal hygiene – put on deodorant / antiperspirant before taking class.
Glass containers are not permitted at Xpose Fitness for safety reasons.
Returns and Exchanges
Class cards, events, and private party fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. Merchandise sales are final due to the nature of workout clothes and maintaining proper sanitation.
Single class purchases ($5 Friday, Be Xposed, $20 Drop-In) are non-refundable.
Class Card Policy
Class cards can only be used at the location where they were purchased. They can only be used by the account holder and are non-transferable and non-refundable.
The State of Maryland requires that clients sign a registration form stating that classes expire within 3 months of the date of purchase. Xpose may extend these classes as a courtesy for up to 1 year. Intro Offer classes expire in 14 days.
Reservations are required for all classes. Registration opens 24 hours before class and can be made online with a class card or monthly membership. Registration for class closes 1 hour prior to the classes start time
We do not accept group reservations for any classes on our regular schedule.
We do not accept voicemail reservations.
Class starts promptly. Reserved space will be forfeited to the first person on the wait list if you are not here 3 minutes before the start of class. If you are running late, please call the studio to ensure your space in class will not be forfeited.
For safety reasons, no one will be allowed to enter class more than five minutes after the scheduled start time.
Class Cancellation Policy
Class cancellations should be made at least 2 hours prior to the start of class to avoid any penalties by calling the studio or logging into your online account. If the class card holder fails to cancel or show, a class will be deducted.
Monthly Class Passes are subject to a $10 "no-call, no-show" cancellation fee. If you have an Monthly or Unlimited pass (Intro Offer, 30-Day Daytime Pass, 30-Day all day pass, any Auto Renewal), and find you cannot attend class, you must notify Xpose Fitness by calling 410-661-1301 at least two hours prior to the start of class. Failure to do so will result in a $10 cancellation fee (including late cancelling online).
Auto-Renewals can only be used at the location where they were purchased and are non-refundable and non-transferable. No Exceptions. They cannot be shared and can only be used by the person who purchased them. Any cancellations must be made 7 days before the next renewal in studio.
Limit 1 per person per year, may buy 1 additional as gift(s). Limit 1 per visit. Valid only for option purchased. Not valid for clients active within the past 6 months. All services must be used by the same person. Must be 18 years or older.
In the event of a closing due to...
Studio functions: We will announce any planned closings in our monthly newsletter and classes. These closings will also show on our online schedules and voicemails.
Weather: We will generally follow the same decisions as local school districts. Closures and delayed openings will be announced on our social media pages – Facebook and Instagram . Please call us or view our online schedule to confirm.
